The beachfront location is unbeatable, with direct access to the sand just steps away from the hotel entrance.

The food variety at breakfast was overly repetitive, less enjoyable after a few days.

Truly enjoyed the superior junior suite we had with a big wardrobe.

The room was fairly quiet with a big wardrobe and the overall experience was such great. The facilities such as a safe box, a sofa bed, and a work desk were available. The location was unbeatable, close to Playa de el Cochino.

The sea view was fine, but the gym equipment was almost broken.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the ocean. I cherished having my morning coffee while soaking in the amazing sea views from my spacious room on the 9th floor.

The location of Europalace is fantastic, right by a peaceful beach and the seaside promenade. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and be mere feet from the sand. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette that came in handy . A highlight for me was the swimming pool. It was one of the best I've encountered, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with good coffee and fish dishes at dinner being particularly enjoyable. A few issues arose . Communication could have been better regarding room assignments. The absence of air conditioning was tough, especially during the hotter days. We were disappointed that drinks, even basic ones like water, weren't included with meals. The entertainment options here were lacking. While the setting is perfect for relaxation, families may find the hotel is predominantly German and Spanish-if you're seeking a mix of cultures, this might not be the ideal choice for you.

Steps away from Veril beach, this hotel offers a fine sea view, particularly from the well-kept Junior Suite with Sea View. The buffet included flavorful soup and diverse options, perfect for families. While the cleanliness was commendable, the evening entertainment by the pool was sorely lacking. The absence of basic amenities like included beverages during meals detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great location, but food needs work!

The spot is super close to the beach-just a few minutes' walk, awesome! Room with a kitchenette was handy for snacks. But honestly, the food was hit or miss, and many meals were pretty bland. Some parts of the hotel felt a bit worn out, like the bathroom towels. Not ideal.

The hotel has a large pool and beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and it was a hit with my teenagers. We also took a getaway to the golf course nearby, an absolute blast!

In my wife's opinion, better parking options would enhance the experience.

We really enjoyed the superior junior suite with a spacious wardrobe. the hotel is conveniently located near the Kasbah area, which offers a variety of restaurants, and close to the beautiful Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas dunes.
